Joining Instructions - Newly Diagnosed Information Day

Friday 10th May 2024

We are meeting at Holiday Inn Reading South, Basingstoke Rd, Reading RG2 0SL, 0118 304 6000.

1. There is free car parking at the hotel BUT please note you MUST ENTER YOUR CAR REGISTRATION on arrival at reception.

2. Please arrive between 9.15 to 9.30 and ask for the Grenadier Suite.

3. Check in at our registration desk to get a name badge and goodie bag.

4. The meeting starts at 9.45 so there’s time to get refreshments inside the meeting room and visit the information stalls.

5. You don’t need to bring anything; refreshments are provided throughout the day including a buffet lunch.  If you forgot to mention any dietary requirements, please get in touch asap.

6. In addition to the various professionals giving presentations, volunteers are also attending to support the event and to help with any questions.

7. The day is planned to end at 3pm.
