Kennet Canal Walk Aldermaston Park at Aldermaston Wharf, RG7 4UY Scoot along the canal side on a flat, smooth path all the way to Sulhampstead and back, approx 5km in total. There is one road crossing and a couple of slopes to go past the locks but all doable on an electric scooter or wheelchair. Greenham Common Newbury Park at the Control Tower Burys Bank Rd, Newbury, Thatcham RG19 8BZ You can scoot all round the Common land in multiple directions. Bucklers Forest Crowthorne Park in car park off Woodcote Green, Crowthorne, nearest postcode RG45 6LN. An excellent place to visit with lots of easy paths through woods and shrub land in the grounds of what used to be the Transport Research Laboratory. Snelsmore Common, Newbury 4 miles north-west of Newbury, RG14 3BQ (nearest) There is an Easy Access Trail of 0.75 miles on a paved path through the common, which is perfect for wheelchair and scooter users.
